Shipping & Delivery

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At look, we ship to every address in the world. However, do note that we do not deliver to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, South Sudan, military areas and naval ports.

On the front, we deliver to most countries and while we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders (excluding when placed on public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and and email confirmation will be sent for all orders once shipped.

Deliveries in the Netherlands

Once your order has been dispatched, it will take approximately 1 day to get the order shipped to you, excluding Sunday. Orders that are dispatched on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders on our website. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

European Deliveries

For all deliveries within the European Union, the time taken to arrive to the address depends on the country you live in.

1 working day: Belgium.

1 – 2 working days: Germany.

2 working days: Luxembourg.

2 – 3 working days: France (including Monaco and Corsica, excluding Andorra and overseas departments) and Great Britain (including Northern Ireland, excluding Gibraltar and Channel Islands).

2 – 4 working days: Sweden and Austria.

3 – 4 working days: Denmark (excluding Faeroe Islands and Greenland), Ireland and Poland.

3 – 5 working days: Hungary, Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City), Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Slovakia, Spain (including Balearic Islands, excluding Canary Islands) and Czechia Republic.

4 – 5 working days: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovenia.

5 working days: Bulgaria.

Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way.

3 – 5 working days: Switzerland

4 – 7 working days: Norway, Greece, and Japan.

4 – 8 working days: Netherlands Antilles.

4 – 10 working days: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faeroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, and Belarus.

5 – 7 working days: United States of America, and Hong Kong.

5 – 8 working days: South Africa.

5 – 11 working days: Canada.

5 – 12 working days: Turkey.

5 – 16 working days: Rest of the world (outside of Europe).

6 – 9 working days: Indonesia, and New Zealand.

6 – 11 working days: Australia.

6 – 15 working days: Brazil.

9 – 11 working days: Russia.

9 – 15 working days: China.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all orders that are delivered outside of the European Union, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. All orders that are delivered in the European Union won’t get any import taxes, duties and tariffs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Paypal, iDEAL, Mastercard, VISA, Bancontact, Payconiq, Klarna, Maestro, V Pay and bank account.

5. DELIVERY AND EXECUTION AGREEMENT

1. WaysToStudy shall exercise the best possible care when booking orders and executing product orders and when assessing requests for the provision of services.

2. The place of delivery is the address which the Consumer has provided to WaysToStudy

3. The Consumer shall provide WaysToStudy with the correct delivery address and mail address. Any changes need to be reported immediately to WaysToStudy. If the Consumer has entered a wrong address for delivery, then the additional shipping costs will be for the account of the Consumer.

4. Delivery takes place while supply lasts.

5. The ownership of delivered products will be transferred to the Consumer upon payment of the sum due. The risk of the products passes upon delivery to the Consumer.

6. WaysToStudy shall execute accepted orders with convenient speed but at least within 30 days, unless another delivery period was agreed on. If the delivery has been delayed, or if an order cannot be filled or can be filled only partially, the Consumer shall be informed about this within 30 days after ordering. In such cases, the Consumer is entitled to repudiate the contract free of charge and with the right to possible compensation.

7. After repudiation in conformity with paragraph 6 of this Article, WaysToStudy shall promptly return the payment made by the Consumer.

8. The risk of loss and/or damage to products will be borne by WaysToStudy until the time of delivery to the Consumer or a representative appointed in advance and made known to WaysToStudy, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

9. You may cancel or amend your order once it is placed. Please send an email to shop@waystostudy.com as soon as possible. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
